  • Free entry to virtual monthly life drawing event (worth £8)
  • A monthly Anti Diet Riot Book Club

  • Access to the ever-growing Resource Library of videos, courses and worksheets

The ADRC Community has been a lifeline in a period where it has felt like body criticism and shaming have gone full tilt. When I was in my teens, online spaces like this did not exist, only hours of harmful self-analysis in the face of a barrage of media messaging telling me my body was not the right body. To have a space to unlearn all of the things I have taken for granted, hear amazing speakers debunk long-held myths, and educate myself on my own privilege has been amazing. I am so grateful to be part of this enriching community."
- 'B', Community Member

The sense of belonging, acceptance and community I feel from the ADRC community online has really helped me to develop my sense of self as a confident, grounded, unapologetic fat person. Connecting with like-minded, supportive individuals in this inclusive space has given me somewhere to ask questions or get involved in discussions about the subjects that matter to me. There are people at all stages of their anti-diet or self acceptance journey and we all get to learn from each other. I feel like I'm part of something very special."
- Becky. S, Community Member

The ADRC community is an oasis of thoughtfulness, fun, and support. It's been so wonderful to have such a beautiful community only a tap away through this lonely and tricky time. I enjoy cheering on people's successes, sharing thoughtful conversations, and also the occasional rant with the lovely ADRC crew. So glad it's here!”

Where do I access the content and events?

We’re using a platform called Mighty Networks because we want to build a space away from traditional forms of social media. Much as we love ‘The Gram’, it’s not the place to get to know each other. What we love about Mighty Networks is that it has a great phone app, which means you don’t need access to a computer to make the most of your membership.

If I only signed up for The Tasty Snack tier - what will I miss out on?

With the Tasty Snack tier, you’ll get access to the community forum and monthly life drawing, the brand discounts and priority access to other ADRC events.

What isn’t included is our monthly sharing circles, the expert workshops, movement classes or resource library.

Can I pay it forward?

YES! By signing up to our Icing on the Cake plan your generosity will enable someone else who can’t afford a membership to join The Community. Every month you subscribe we'll be able to offer a free place to someone else. (Plus you get a free T-shirt and bonus pep-talks from Becky & Harri the ADRC hosts!)

Why do I have to pay for The Community and what if I can’t afford it?

Anti Diet Riot Club is set up as a Community Interest Company (CIC) which means that we put our social purpose and the interests of the community before personal profits. However, even with these values at our heart, we still have overheads to cover, experts to pay properly, bills to pay and food to put on the table. Much as we try to make everything we do as affordable as possible, it simply isn’t feasible for The Community to be completely free. We put as much value into our Instagram content which is 100% free for everyone and requires a lot of unpaid labour.

We understand that the cost of membership might be a barrier for some so we've set up a 'pay it forward' scheme where members who sign up for the Icing on the Cake plan will be able to cover the cost of joining for somewhere else. Once these become available we will release a form on social media for people to apply through.

Do you offer a trial period?

Sadly not. The community is a special place and it wouldn’t feel the same if there were people popping in and out. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Can I think about it?

Of course you can! However just so you know, we’re only keeping doors open until 14th July 2021. Doors then won’t open again until later this year.

How long do I have access to everything for?

Once you’re all paid up (either monthly or yearly) you have access to everything available for as long as your subscription is valid. You can cancel anytime by going into your settings on your profile!
